Complete instructions for the simple words and low impact movements are given before each dance.

We will post our next event as soon as it is scheduled. We dance on Thursday nights at Body and Soul Yoga Studio on 59th and Holmes (just south of the plaza) at 7:30 PM EVERY Thursday. All are welcome!
The Shining Heart Community has hosted Dances of Universal Peace in Kansas City for 33 years and continues to meet at Body and Soul Yoga Studio on 59th and Holmes Streets every Thursday night from 7:30 PM- 9:30 PM-- all are welcome.
